Sugarland has released a statement about the tragic stage collapse before their show at the Indiana State Fair last weekend that killed five people, including lesbian activist Christina Santiago. The duo has announced they’ll be holding a private memorial in Indiana in the near future and, in the meantime, will be holding vigil for the victims.
Singer/songwriter Colbie Caillat will guest star on an upcoming episode of The Playboy Club as Lesley Gore. Lesley didn’t come out until later in life, but we all know she’s a lesbian, yes? OK good.

Last night was the premiere of Our Idiot Brother in L.A. and Rashida Jones and Zooey Deschanel looked lovely, posing with co-star Elizabeth Banks. Elizabeth looks lovely, too – just pointing out the gals who play gay in the film. I saw the film, BTW, and I will have a review for you shortly so you can decide if you want to see it or not come August 26.
Anne Hathaway is so psyched New York has made gay marriage legal. She also says she knows some real life friends like the ones she and Jim Sturgess play in their new film One Day.
I have like a pod now, and we’ve all been in each other’s lives for 10 years – and they don’t admit it, but I have gay friends that I think are secretly in love with each other.
