Afternoon Delight: Rachael Taylor in “The Darkest Hour,” Scarlett Johansson covers “Cosmopolitan”

Happy hump day and happy birthday to Elisha Cuthbert (Happy Endings), Clemence Poesy (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) and Amy Ryan (The Office). Wow, that was a lot of “happy” in one sentence.

Vicky Cristina Barcelona actress Scarlett Johansson is on the cover of Cosmopolitan‘s January 2012 issue. My wife is a big fan of Johansson’s immense “skills.”

Actress Rachael Taylor (Charlie’s Angels, Grey’s Anatomy) stars in the holiday horror film The Darkest Hour, produced by Wanted filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov.

Taylor runs for her life alongside Olivia Thirlby (Juno) and Emile Hirsch (Milk) in theaters Christmas day.

There are only four days left to support out filmmaker Stacie Ponder‘s (Ghostella’s Haunted Tomb) newest project RPG: The Collected Collection. For all the information, including how to get a plush pocket ham, visit Ponder’s Kickstarter page.

The entertainment website Sodahead.com (why didn’t I think of that URL?) named Mila Kunis the Sexist Actress of 2011. Their poll ranked Emma Stone in second place and Halle Berry claimed the number three spot. My top three picks go to Prime Suspect‘s Marie Bello, Drive Angry‘s Amber Heard and Eastbound & Down actress Ana de la Reguera.
