And the December Book Club Selection is…

The Last Nude, by Ellis Avery!

You can purchase a copy on Amazon, where you can also read a great Q&A about The Last Nude between Avery and Emma Donoghue. There is also a Kindle version or one for your Nook. As always, you can also shop Powell’s, or visit your local library!

I will also try to be more up-to-date with updating the Goodreads group and the Tumblr this month, until I post the official discussion post here at at the end of December. Another reminder that there will always be discussion posts on Goodreads even for the books that didn’t win–so if you’re still more interested in Astray, or Love, In Theory, please don’t hold back! There are now currently discussion posts for Malinda Lo’s Adaptation and Ursula K. LeGuin’s Left Hand of Darkness listed under the November 2012 tab on Goodreads, for those who read and want to discuss those.

I am already full of ideas for the book club for 2013. I want to have more book choices revolving around trans and gender issues, as well as more classics sprinkled in along with newer titles. Feel free to give me your own ideas, either for books or thoughts about improving the book club in general.

The official discussion post for Santa Olivia will be published this week. Until then, I hope you had a relaxing weekend, full of reading and eating leftover pie.
