5 Shows Linda Wallem should fix

Out showrunner Linda Wallem (Nurse Jackie) took her Up All Night staff to Vegas, and there’s speculation that they went there to celebrate the end of the show. The NBC show hasn’t been canceled (yet), but with star Christina Applegate jumping ship, Will Arnett attached to a CBS pilot and Maya Rudolph developing a variety show, it seems to be only a matter of time. If Up All Night does go away, here are five other TV shows I’d like Wallem to join as showrunner and fix up.

1. ) ABC’s Modern Family

For a progressive award winning LGBT program, the Modern Family writers sure do make the lesbian community a large part of their punch lines. Personally, I do enjoy most episodes of the show, thanks to Eric Stonestreet and Ty Burrell, but how many times can a rich family talk smack about each other and then hug it out before the audience jumps ship?

2.) The Food Network’s Chopped

Maybe if Wallem steps in, a female contestant (a lot of them are lesbians) will actually make it past the first appetizer round. 3.) MTV’s 16 & Pregnant

I have a feeling that if Wallem were in charge, those young ladies would get some proper sex education and might make different choices.

4.) NBC’s The Apprentice

Wallem’s first item of business as showrunner should be forcing host Donald Trump out and replacing him with Oprah Winfrey, who has always been pretty brilliant when it comes to discovering new talent. Now that is a show I would watch. 5.) CBS’s Two and a Half Men

Wallem could de-chauvinize this successful POS. The entire cast should be shown the door and the show should be retitled Two and a Half Women starring Anna Faris, Edie Falco and Dakota Fanning. What shows do you think Wallem should work her magic on?
