Newsweek has a stellar piece on the LGBT women who worked on the factory lines during WWII, aka “Rosie the Lesbian Riveters.” They deserve to be celebrated as part of history. (Thanks Margaret!)

The A&E adaptation of The Returned has cast its lesbian couple. Agnes Bruckner is the American version of Laure and Sandrine Holt is her lover Julie. Agnes, you may recall, starred in Jamie Babbit‘s Breaking the Girls, while Sandrine was Helena’s gambling partner on The L Word. I approve of this casting!
