ABC just published the first still images of Grey’s Anatomy‘s new bisexual intern Sadie, played by Melissa George (Alias), who makes her first appearance in the Nov. 13 episode “The Ties That Bind.”
Could Sadie look any gayer, standing like that with her hands in her pockets? Not that I’m complaining, mind you.
Now comes the subtext-happy photos of Sadie with Meredith and co.
As I suspected, the “history” between Meredith and Sadie we reported last week doesn’t appear to be of the romantic variety – the official description for the episode explains, “One of Meredith’s oldest friends, Sadie, becomes an intern at Seattle Grace, but Mer’s friends are less-than-welcoming to her.”Who wants to bet Cristina is leading the un-welcome wagon? Her face in the scene above says it all: Meredith is her person, damnit, and Sadie better get her own person if she knows what’s good for her.
Don’t worry, Cristina, she reportedly will. Which begs the question, who is more Sadie’s type of person, Callie or Erica?
