Morning Brew – Drew Barrymore doesn’t want to talk about her bisexuality on “Watch What Happens Live”

Good morning!

Bolivia’s President Evo Morales joked that he didn’t want anyone to think his Health Minister “was a lesbian” after he saw her talking to another woman during his speech. He later said he wasn’t trying to be offensive and “calling someone lesbian or gay is not an insult.”

Drew Barrymore was a guest on Watch What Happens Live this week where she didn’t want to answer if she’s ever swam in the ladypond. It’s kind of a bummer because, in the past, she has been open about her bisexuality and has been applauded for her openness. It could be she doesn’t want to talk about specifics on live television, but as host Andy Cohen says, Drew’s BFF Cameron Diaz revealed that she’d been with a woman when asked that very same question. Drew’s response: “Good for her!”

Maxim talks with Susie Abromeit, who plays Pam in Jessica Jones. Without saying too much about her role in the series, here she is on co-star Carrie-Anne Moss:

“Working with her – she’s a beastly, beastly woman. Just empowering, everything I feel a woman is and represents, strong, powerful, beautiful. I am woman, hear me roar. That’s Carrie.”
