Felix and his new sister are having a drinking picnic in a skate park (yeah I don’t know) and they talk about how Adele’s father had an affair with a dancer in England, but she died when Felix was small. He only has a memory of the feeling of having a mum. Adele asks how her family feels about him finding her, especially since Sarah didn’t seem thrilled, but he says he doesn’t care.
Art is watching Beth and the creepy detective when Sarah stops by to show him the video she found. Art wants to help, so he tells her to take a goddamned nap while he goes to the station. Instead of napping, she starts playing the video and looking sadly at Paul. Helena breaks her from her reverie and tells her she’s having twins. Sarah is happy for her meathead.
Helena (who is sitting in a field of Doritos, by the way) tells her sestra a secret: She doesn’t want her babies to grow up like her. Sarah can most definitely relate.
The doorbell rings and Helena has to go. Detectives are at the door investigating a triple homicide, so she plays the part of Mrs. Hendrix, inviting them in. Donnie comes in from the garage to get a glass of water and realizes what’s happening and first runs back to Alison but she sends him in to help Helena.
At the lab, Mrs. S asks Cosima to take care of Kira while she goes to talk to a doctor, and Cosima is happy to oblige. Cosima plops down next to Kira, asking her if she wants to do some science, maybe learn how to weaponize a different household object this time.
But Kira was in some kind of fugue state. When she snaps out of it, she says that all the aunties set her mother on fire because she was changing. Cosima and I are highly concerned.
In the suburbs, the detectives tell who they think is Alison Hendrix that her campaign posters were found at the crime scene…which was three months ago? Yet it took them this long to come to the Hendrix House? Anyway, Helena knows enough information about the campaign to get the detectives to leave.
Donnie goes back to the garage just in time for Alison to reach Leekie’s body. Which is disgusting. But sure enough, something extra weird is going on in his cheek area, so they know they’ve hit the jackpot.
