Girl in a Coma go back in time with Patsy Cline

Girl in a Coma is from San Antonio, Texas, so a country influence seems inevitable. But on their cover of Patsy Cline‘s “Walkin’ After Midnight,” like every other cover they do, the trio puts their own spin on it, and the new video illustrates their old school sensibility meets contemporary rockabilly punk.

Singer Nina Diaz told the video is inspired by a scene in the Elvis film Roustabout. Check it out!

Gotta love the lesbians in the band wearing the matching shirts. It’s like Boys II Men but awesome.
