It has been 9 months since Holland Taylor and Sarah Paulson confirmed their romance. Back in November 2015, various sources published rumors about a romantic liaison between the “American Horror Story” star and the 72-year-old actress.

Shortly after the news broke, the couple decided to go public and revealed they had been in a relationship for a little over a year. “It’s the most wonderful extraordinary thing that could have ever possibly happened in my life,” Holland said on WNYC‘s “Death, Sex & Money” podcast.
During Paulson’s acceptance speech at the 2016 Primetime Emmy Awards, where she received recognition for her work in FX’s “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story,” she declared the feelings were mutual. “And Holland Taylor, I love you!” the 41-year-old said holding her Emmy up in the air at the end of her discourse.
The “Two and a Half Men” star later confessed she was surprised when her girlfriend mentioned her name during the award ceremony.
“But then, when she shouted out to me, that was…I didn’t know she was going to do that,” she told Kathie Lee and Hoda on the “Today” show. “But the thing about Sarah is, long before she is a brilliant actress, which she is, she is a real, wonderful, stand up person of great quality and she stands on the right side of history.”
Although it is probably still too soon to hear wedding bells, Taylor recently shared her thoughts on marriage equality and the possibility of marrying her partner one day.
“Given my generation it would not be something that would automatically occur to me,” she expressed. “But as a symbol, as a pledge, as a plighting one’s troth, it would be a wonderful thing to do.”
