It only felt like yesterday that we covered the relationship between Kehlani and 070 Shake. Kehlani had recently come out as a lesbian and my romantic, beating heart was hoping for a lifelong pairing to root for. But now. This is celesbian land. It’s now Shake and Lily-Rose.
Lily-Rose Depp, the eldest child of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, has been the talk of tinsel town recently. Namely, she starred in The Weeknd’s controversial film The Idol which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. It’s hard not to consider that Johnny Depp’s young daughter was cast in such a pornified film for a marketable purpose.
Lily-Rose Depp, who plays the main character, Jocelyn, is labelled a “human cumsock” via the internet after she discovers a photo of herself “with semen on her face.” Naturally, The Idol’s “torture porn” motif added to the hype, because misogyny sells. All can’t wait to see Lily-Rose be degraded.
In better news, Shake and Depp (that feels weird to write) first sparked dating rumors during Paris Fashion Week 2023, which ran from Feb. 27 to March 7. Depp then confirmed her relationship with Shake in an Instagram story during May (screenshot via Page Six).
“4 MONTHS W MY CRUSH,” she wrote over a photo of her kissing the recording artist.
Interestingly, there are no recent pictures of the couple on Depp’s profile. With the announcement being so recent, we can only imagine that they are still together. But this is Hollywood, after all.
As for Depp’s sexuality, it’s safe to presume she’s bisexual. She has been linked to French rapper Yassine Stein, as well as actors Austin Butler and Timothée Chalamet. She’s having her main character moment and good on her!
